Leighton Painting will notify residents of upcoming work, and we'll co-ordinate door painting so not to interfere with residents lifestyles. We'll even answer residents' questions and calls directly ourselves - no reason to put you in the middle of any of that.

We can also organise other trades to carry out maintenance needed before we start painting. We even can use our consultants to organise interior and exterior design.

And you can feel safe and secure when we're on site, too, since we use only our own employees - you'll know them by our company dress code.

We use only our own employees. Our workers are all fully insured, and we carry comprehensive workers' compensation coverage that protects your association if anyone is injured at a job site. There will be an English speaking foreman on all job sites. And we protect more than just our employees - we take precautions to ensure that neither landscaping nor property is damaged in the course of our work.
